Do I really get to see my website before I pay?
Yes. Reply yes and I build your whole site at a private link from your public agent profile: your name, brokerage, service areas and reviews. You only pay the $2,497 if you love it, and then it goes live the same day.
Does it include MLS listing search?
It includes featured listings you can update and a link to your brokerage's full home search. Live MLS feeds (called IDX) come with a monthly fee from an IDX provider, so I leave them out to keep your site free to run. If you want one later, it can be added.
Will it follow my brokerage's advertising rules?
Every agent site includes your brokerage name, license number and the Equal Housing Opportunity statement. Rules differ by state and brokerage, so you show the preview to your broker before it goes live. Any changes they ask for, I make.
Why does an agent site cost more than your local business sites?
It's a bigger build. Local business sites are a homepage and up to three pages. Agent sites add neighborhood guides, a home value request form, featured listings, testimonials and brokerage compliance details, and each one is written around your areas and your clients.
Are there monthly fees?
None required. Hosting is free and the site is yours. The $29 care plan is optional, for agents who'd rather email their new listings and solds than add them.
What if I switch brokerages?
Your site is yours. I update the brokerage name and license details and it keeps working, same address, same reviews, same you.
Will you use my photos or my clients' reviews?
Your preview uses only what's public on your agent profile. Once you say yes, send your headshot, listing photos and the reviews you want shown, and I swap them in.
I don't have a logo. Is that a problem?
Nope. I make you a simple personal brand mark to match your site, included in the price, with files for your signs, cards and social pages.
Is the Fairy Hostmother a real person?
The Hostmother is a cartoon. Fairy Hostmother is a small studio that builds sites and writes emails with AI, and a real owner handles anything involving money, like refunds. Nobody is pretending to be anybody.
What if I don't love it?
If you haven't paid, you owe nothing and we part as friends. If you have paid, you have 14 days after launch where I fix anything that's off, free. If I still can't make it right, every dollar comes back.
