Terms

Last updated November 1, 2026

These terms cover websites built by Fairy Hostmother. By paying for a site, you agree to them. We are a small studio, so we kept them short and plain.

Previews

When you say yes, we build a preview of your website from your public business information and send you a private link. A preview is free and you are never obligated to buy it. Unpaid previews are taken down after 30 days.

Price and payment

A website is one price of $697 for a homepage plus up to three more pages, paid after you have seen your preview. Payments run through Stripe, including Klarna and Afterpay where offered. The site goes live the same day you pay, and we connect a domain you own within one business day.

The 14-day guarantee

If you are not happy, email us within 14 days of launch and we refund your payment in full. We then take the site down.

Ownership

Once you have paid, the website is yours. Hosting on Cloudflare is free, and we send you your site files whenever you ask. You are responsible for your own domain name if you buy one.

Your content

You confirm that photos, logos and text you send us are yours to use. We do not use your photos or customer reviews without your permission.

Care plan

The optional Hostmother Care Plan is $29 a month for small edits requested by email and keeping your site running. It renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime by email.

Footer credit

Sites include a small "Site by the Fairy Hostmother" line in the footer. We remove it for free if you ask.

Limits

We build sites to be found and to make calling you easy, but we cannot promise specific search rankings, AI mentions, calls or sales. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
